Join us for lunch and a CISO discussion with your peers on how COVID changed security expectations over night, how to smoothly transition as we move back into the office, and how to improve your security posture regardless of which stage your organization is in. Discussion will be lead by Chief Strategy Officer Jason Clark with Netskope and Executive Healthcare Strategist Drex DeFord with Crowdstrike.
Jason Clark – Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer with Netskope
Jason Clark brings decades of experience executing successful strategic security programs and business strategies to Netskope as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer. Responsible for corporate strategy, marketing, and cybersecurity, previously Clark was CSO for Optiv, where he helped the company grow from $500 million to $2 billion in under 3 years while running the transition from a value-added reseller to a cybersecurity systems integrator. Prior to Optiv, Clark held a leadership role at Websense, where he was a driving force behind the company’s transformation into a provider of critical technology for chief information security officers (CISOs) to become Forcepoint/Raytheon.
Drex DeFord – Executive Healthcare Strategist at CrowdStrike
Drex DeFord has broad experience as a senior healthcare executive, including a 20-year US Air Force officer, culminating as Chief Technology Officer for Air Force Health’s World-Wide Operations. After retiring from the military, he served as CIO at Scripps Health in San Diego, Seattle Children’s, and Steward Healthcare. He’s Past-Chair of CHIME’s Board of Trustees, and has served on the HIMSS National Board. Over the past several years — as an independent consultant (and “Recovering-CIO”) — he helped lead trusted health systems, payers, associations, vendors, and investors through their work on healthcare’s toughest problems. In March 2021, he joined CrowdStrike as Executive Healthcare Strategist. He’s passionate about the mission to stop breaches, and better secure clinical, research, and healthcare business operations.
